- Nose: Aromas of ripe pears and red apples, with crisp golden malt, some vanilla and delicate orange peel
- Palate: full notes of ripe fruit, especially pears and bananas - a pleasant sweetness of caramel, paired with roasted oak and some vanilla
- Finish: medium length in the finish with a light note of peat, some smoke and ripe oranges
