The Loch Lomond distillery impresses with a variety of outstanding whiskeys - both single malts and single grains, as well as impressive blended whiskies.

The Loch Lomond Original is a single Malt Whisky with distillates from the typical Swan neck pot stills and straight neck pot stills.
The Loch Lomond Original matures 100% in American Oak Casks.

Tasting Notes: This is how it tastes Loch Lomond Original

  • Nose: Aromas of ripe pears and red apples, with crisp golden malt, some vanilla and delicate orange peel
  • Palate: full notes of ripe fruit, especially pears and bananas - a pleasant sweetness of caramel, paired with roasted oak and some vanilla
  • Finish: medium length in the finish with a light note of peat, some smoke and ripe oranges
