With his Virgin Oak Series, the Industry legend one step further: The whiskies matured in empty oak casks enable discerning fans to explore the taste of oak from all parts of the world unaffected by sherry, wine and co.
Casks made from Quercus Robur were used for the refinement of The GlenAllachie 10 Year old Spanish Oak Finish. The oak comes mainly from the Spanish Cantabria Mountains and gives the Speyside Single Malt spicy as well as dark sweet notes.

- Nose: Lush orchard fruit, baking spices and sticky toffee pudding, with aromas of brown sugar glazed cherries and citrus
