The Takamaka St Andre Series Zepis Kreol is an elegantly spiced Spiced Rum .
The Takamaka St Andre Series Zepis Kreol is made from molasses rum distilled in pot and column stills, refined only with locally grown natural spices. The spices macerated in alcohol are added to the distillate and then pressed with ex-Merlot wood barrel chips. After cavitation (pressing), an eight-year-old Foursquare rum is added, offering depth of flavor with lots of oak character, wonderfully complemented by four local spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and zepis.
Once pressed and blended, it rests Delicious rum again for 60 days in old ex-Bourbon barrels before being aged at an alcohol content of 43%vol. is bottled.

- Nose: clearly the scent of fresh papayas, exotic spices and some vanilla, as well as caramel and hints of old leather
