The West Cork Pot Still 5 Year Old Pot Still displays notes of hay, freshly cut grass, caramel and pear with undertones of plum and dried fruit. Extraordinary: With a ratio of 66:33 between malted and unmalted barley, the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has a high malt content.The team at West Cork Distillers, founded in 2003, built most of the equipment themselves. Today, Ireland's southernmost whiskey distillery works with eight pot stills and manages around 55,000 casks in seven Warehouses and sells its products in over 70 countries. A remarkable success.
