For "Big Peat" the best Islay single malts were selected mi married to each other.
This powerful, smoky blended malt drives away the winter spirits and fires up the palate!
 

  • Nose: warming peat smoke, too Chocolate, nutty aromas and coffee - spicy with a little cinnamon - oily-smoky
  • Palate: straight out! lots of heavy smoke, peat and the nuts again - spicy
  • Finish: short finish, now you can see the proximity to the sea - clearly smoke
