Masterfully supervised by whisky luminary Billy Walker, these mature in selected, innovative casks and flow into the elegant, heavy bottles, neither chill-filtered nor colored.

For the successor to the Las Vegas Spirits Awards 2022 winner of "Best in Show". For the first batch, Billy Walker marries vintage single malts from Speyside and the Isle of Islay with aged GlenAllachie single malt.  

The result: Harmony of peat and fruit.  

The blended malt Scotch matures in high-quality Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks, which refine its peat-smoky and rich, fruity character.  

The full aroma unfolds at a natural cask strength of 55.8% vol.

Nose: Waves of grilled honeycomb, ginger and vanilla, with cinnamon, campfire smoke and syrup

Palate: intense notes of dark chocolate , burnt orange peel and honeycomb, followed by smoked spices, caramel and roasted coffee beans

Finish: long finish, again the chocolate and coffee beans - spicy ginger over everything
