Portrait: What made the Eden Mill Golf St. Andrews Gin.

Feel, smell, taste: the gins from Eden Mill are created with closeness to the product and by hand.
Opened in 2012, Eden Mill brought the art of distilling and brewing back to St. Andrews .

For 150 years, the successful craft distillery was the first to produce spirits again in the small town on the east coast of Scotland.
Due to its location at the mouth of the River Eden, surrounded by fields, forest and wild coasts, the team have access to a variety of regional botanicals - the basis of their expressive gins.
Eden Mill Golf St Andrews Gin contains ingredients found on Scottish grassland and coastal golf courses.

Inspired by the sea views that the historic St Andrews Links golf course has to offer, a seaweed base was created that leads to windswept fairways with fresh pine and is given a floral undertone with typical Scottish heather.  

The bottle has a decor reminiscent of the Masters Champions.
