Founded in 1975, the Zuidam Distillers are one of the last independent distilleries in the Netherlands.
The family distillery is committed to 100% natural raw materials and traditional working methods.
Patrick van Zuidam distils in with likeable understatement second generation, not only successfully Genever and Gin, but also whisky from their own grain - and rum.
This genuine The single cask series "Dutch Windmill Collection" is now dedicated to the tenth sugar cane distillates.
The design of the Dutch Windmill Collection speaks for itself: Stylish black and white with golden eye-catchers meet iconic windmills and bottles made of dark glass that protects against light.
The trio is based on sugar cane molasses.
With a duration of three weeks, it fermented for an above-average time and at a controlled temperature.
It was distilled twice in small handmade copper pot stills, bottled at cask strength.
The Kinderdijk Windmills 8 year old Dutch Windmill Collection was fully matured in Oloroso Sherry Cask from the first-class Zuidam Consistency and blends caramel, chocolate, coffee and oak with pleasant sweetness and raisins.
