A real premium blended rum made from selected rum qualities from Barbados and Cuba.
The selected Casks first matured in their home countries Barbados and Cuba - then married in France and then in small, newly burned out ones Ferrand casks in France.
Tasting notes: This is how the Plantation Black Cask 2022 Double Aged Rum Barbados & Cuba tastes like.
- Nose: an intense and at the same time fresh start with aromas of honey, apple blossoms, vanilla, cooked bananas and limes - behind them are clearly coconuts, coffee and almonds
- Palate: too Beginning intense notes of pastry, paired with a pleasant freshness, joined by notes of apricots, lemon peel, nutmeg, vanilla sauce, pralines and spicy oak
- Finish: the finish is long and pleasantly sweet with hints of bananas , tonka beans, caramel and cinnamon
