Premium casks are included Scottish whisky - that has always been the focus of Elixir Distillers.

The independent bottler Elixir Distillers has been releasing them under the name "The Single Malts of Scotland" since 2002.

The range consists of outstanding, unadulterated vintage malts from all Scottish whisky regions.

Five single cask bottlings of the series are now coming onto the market exclusively for Germany.

Nose: ripe fruit, fresh hay and chamomile, followed by aniseed and cardamom with hints of soft tree resin

Palate: soft and dry with notes of grain and barley sugar, rich herbal notes with some lemon and espresso

Finish: medium, dry finish - fresh hay again
