Premium casks with Scottish whisky - that has always been the focus of Elixir Distillers.

The independent bottler Elixir Distillers has been releasing them under the name "The Single Malts of Scotland" since 2002.

The range consists of outstanding, unadulterated vintage malts from all Scottish whiskey regions.

Five single cask bottlings of the series are now coming onto the market exclusively for Germany.

Nose: Lush aromas of cinnamon, heather honey and roasted coffee beans, along with dried sultanas, mocha and grated coconut

Palate: a hint of figs marinated in syrup, followed by caramel brittle, heather honey, cinnamon and candied ginger

Finish: soft and long in the fruity-spicy finish
