The maturation of Plantation Venezuela 2010 One Time Limerd followed eight years in American exBourbon barrels, with subsequent four-year finish in 400l Ferrand cognac barrels.
The Plantation rum is rich and spicy on the palate with a long and fruity finish.
Distilled we this rum from molasses in the Column Still in the Destilería Sofa.
This Plantation Rum is bottled at a drinking strength of 52%vol. and contains no added colors.

Aroma: delicate and rich bouquet with aromas of nutmeg, honey, vanilla, tangerines, coconuts and coffee - in the background slightly floral hints
Taste: spicy and woody profile with notes of peanuts, tobacco, almonds, oak and peppers - over all a nice sweetness of crème brûlée, pineapple and dried bananas
Finish: long and dry finish with notes of hazelnuts, leather, ripe mangoes, oranges, bananas and cloves
