The Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Cask Finish was matured in former Demerara rum casks from Guyana for at least eight months.
The result is an exotic, mouth-filling single malt for those who enjoy exploring new and exciting and like to be miraculously surprised.
Nose: Sugar, molasses and tropical fruits are present
Palate: mouth-filling and sweet in taste with clear notes of coconut, banana and sweet peach
Finish: long finish - almost oily with hints of salty sea air, ripe fruits and spices
