Nose: slightly salty aromas, some "sea", pepper and yeast - followed by sweet raisins and caramel

Palate: mouth-filling, almost oily - sweet and salty with notes of dark fruits, dried plums and spicy hints of cinnamon and white pepper

Finish: medium length and light salty finish
