Distilled in 1994, the "Bough to the Breeze" 27 year old 1994 Hogshead Glen Spey matured over 27 years, then Wemyss bottled the cask to 221 bottles in 2022.
Nose: freshly cut grass and hay with aromas of cider and Apples baked in sweet honey
Palate: spicy heather and roasted chestnuts with notes of fresh orange marmalade and freshly cut pine wood
Finish: pleasantly spicy, fresh finish
