Product information "Redbreast 12 year old Batch No. 1/22 58,1%vol. 0,7l"
The Redbreast Whiskeys are venerable representatives of the traditional single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys.
Neither blend nor single malt, distillates of this complex Irish category are made in a single distillery from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, which is distilled in a traditional copper still.
As is typical of the Irish style, the Midleton Distillery also sends its vapors through the pot still three times.
The result: the wonderfully mild, aromatic Redbreast raw spirit.

This 12-year-old Redbreast is the big version of the distillery's 12-year-old, which has won many awards.
Irish whiskey draws strength and complexity not only from 58.1%vol. Alcohol content, but also from former bourbon barrels and former Oloroso sherry butts - in the form of intense notes such as figs, lemons, vanilla and spices.

Nose: Figs, lemons and ripe bananas flatter the nose
Palate: powerful with aromas like vanilla and wood
Finish: luscious and lingering for minutes with spicy and fruity notes
