Ideal for a Gin & Tonic combined with dry tonic water, sublime for the preparation of a naked martini, excellent to taste alone.
The maceration of nine Trentino plants takes place in two different phases.
The juniper macerates for 20 days, the rest of the plants (olive, asperula, laurel, rosemary, Sage, Salvia Sclarea, Mentuccia) 48 hours.
The two macerates are brought together in an alembic, immersing the plants and adding the zest of the Garda lemons.
The distillation is carried out with a 1,000 liter discontinuous still in the Water bath.
The gin is reduced to an alcohol content of 45% vol. with spring water from Monte Stivo.
Nose: juniper is perceived on the nose
Palate: on the palate it is complex, dry, decisive, herbaceous, leaving the palate dry with pleasant juniper notes and an excellent persistence
Finish: light citrus notes on the finish, good persistence and intensity
