About the farming of Ireland and to honor their whiskey distillation, the distillery has decided to rename their signature whisky.
The name may have changed, but the award-winning whiskey has not!
A creation of heavenly proportions - 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still.
The triple distillation, the aging in American egg ex-bourbon casks che and the production from a mash that consists entirely of Irish barley gives the whiskey its distinctiveness.
Nose: Spicy spices, black pepper and fresh peaches
Palate: dark chocolate nestles around oak wood and warming spices
Finish: oak and butterscotch in the medium-length finish
