The rum qualities for this rum come from the Jamaican distilleries Clarendon and Long Pond.
Exclusively, molasses rums are used, fermented for two weeks.
Distilled in column and pot stills, the rums were initially aged for eight years in 200l former Bourbon Casks in their country of origin - Jamaica.
The rum was then aged for another two years in former Ferrand Cognac Casks in France.
