Nose: ripe dark pomaceous fruit - especially black Cherries and dark plums, brown cane sugar and spicy oak behind - dried herbs in the background
Palate: at the beginning again the ripe fruits, paired with figs and apricots, then spicy, cardamom and dried herbs, some chocolate
Finish: long and nuttily spicy finish - the fruity notes fade into the background and make room for toasted nuts and chocolate
