He rejects the idea of encore and instead focuses on the essence of gin.
With a total focus on juniper, Height of Arrows brings out the complex nuances of the berry, ranging from fresh pine and bold citrus to peppery spice.
After distillation, Holyrood's experimentalists add Isle of Skye salt and beeswax for added depth of flavor and luxurious smoothness.
The juniper-accented Height of Arrows Gin thus becomes a multi-layered, soft experience for connoisseurs with high standards.
Nose: Fresh pine and resin paired with light aromas of citrus peel
Palate: oily and mouth-filling at the beginning - with notes of juicy orange peel and lemon pulp, then clearly black pepper and cardamom, above all gentle herbal tones
