AH. Riise Signature is unique - an exceptional blended rum with the characteristic notes of A.H. Riise and so much more: sweet creaminess and very special aromas.
A unique, luxurious blended rum from the best casks for the best moments in life that deserve something special.
For the A.H. Riise Blends always uses rum qualities from a wide variety of casks of different origins with different degrees of maturity.
Not all casks are emptied to the last drop - a small, special residue remains in the cask and gives the blend that certain something.
From each edition A.H. There are fewer than 2,000 bottles of Riise Signature.
Each cask the blend comes from is numbered, as is each bottle.
And there is not the same number of bottles for each edition.
This varies from batch to batch, since A.H. Riise can never know exactly how many bottles it can end up being.
It all depends on how much quality blended rum can be extracted from the casks.
Nose: truly fantastic of ripe tropical fruits, coconuts and toffee, accompanied by a fine note of mint
Taste: Thoroughly complex yet incredibly velvety - candied lemon and apricot with toasted coconut and hints of eucalyptus
Finish: A veritable symphony of ripe tropical fruit and toffee - delicate notes of mint for a perfectly balanced, lingering finish
