This series invites you on an enjoyable journey through the Caribbean with unique Irish whiskeys that matured in former rum casks from the various Caribbean island paradises.
Special Irish malt and grain whiskeys, matured for at least 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, were then matured in selected Barbados dark rum casks for The Horizon, giving them the rich and refined taste typical of rum cask-aged whiskeys.
An Irish whiskey legend is at the helm and controls the fortunes of Sailor's Home Irish Whiskey - Dr. Jack Ó'Sé is responsible for the recipe and aging of Sailor's Home whiskeys.
