The Journey Irish Whiskey is a unique journey through the flavors of Irish Whiskey.

The recipe for The Journey Irish Whiskey is exceptional, no other Irish Whiskey is made like this.
First matured in fresh American oak and then transferred to ex-bourbon barrels, this whiskey is married to Irish malt whiskey matured in ex-Jamaica rum casks.
The influence of the fresh oak creates a luscious spice, while the rum casks provide tropical fruit notes.

A taste experience to return to again and again.
An Irish whiskey legend is at the helm and controls the fortunes of Sailor's Home Irish Whiskey - Dr. Jack Ó'Sé is responsible for the recipe and aging of Sailor's Home whiskeys.

Nose: Butterscotch, toasty aromas and dark rum
Taste: round and intense with caramel, toffee and rum sweetness, accompanied by a malty note
Finish: ripe bananas, molasses and vanilla
