The Japanese Masahiro Distillery is responsible for the Kujira Ryukyu Whisky-Range.

Kujira Ryukyu 10-year-old Single Grain Whisky is made from 100% high-quality indica rice.

Matured for ten years in ex-Bourbon Casks in a subtropical climate on the southern end of Okinawa, Japan.

Nose: fresh and clear with clear aromas of fresh N Ectar, plus floral aromas, spices and cinnamon

Taste: mouth-filling with light notes of liquorice - then dried fruits follow - especially dates and raisins
Finish: medium-length finish - again the raisins, then liquorice and spicy notes
