For this bottling, Signatory choosed two exBourbon Barrels.
Distilled on May 6th, 2010, the Barrels were matured for over eleven years until June 14th, 2021, then the independent bottler married the Barrels together and filled them in the un-chill filter Collection from.
Nose: like the ground in a dunnage warehouse, with peat and smoke - slightly fruity in the background Aromas, some oak and phenols
Taste: more and more peat smoke and phenols, old leather and beeswax polish - above the light notes of exotic fruits, paired with spicy tones of Cinnamon and ginger
Finish: peat, leather and fruit in the finish - warming
