Product information "Glendalough Calvados Finish"
An elegant single grain whiskey made from 90% Corn and 10%  Barley.
Initially three years and one day in ex-bourbon casks made of American oak and then stored for up to 12 post-matured in former Calvados XO barrels.
These barrels were previously for filled with Calvados XO for at least six years, so that they Can refine Glendalough Whiskey with special aromas.

At this bottling is a single cask bottling.
Each barrel is filled individually and makes about 366 bottles.
Each individual bottle shows both individual bottle and on the sleeve barrel numbers.

Nose: floral on the nose with aromas of vanilla, honey and garden fruits
Taste: wonderful notes of butterscotch on the palate and toffee - plus notes of preserved apples and pears as well as a hint of cinnamon and honey
Finish: long finish with green apple peel and woody spice
