Hyde No. 11 The Peat Cask

In Cork, in the south of Ireland, Connor and Alan Hyde have their first peat Distillate is bottled under their label and so they are now expanding their range with the Hyde No. 11 "The Peat Cask".
Behind it is a heavily peated single malt whiskey, triple distilled from 100% Irish barley malt, matured for eight years in lush former bourbon barrels.
