Indulge yourself in the French world of pleasure and dream of savoir vivre in France?
The Tomatin distillery takes us on a trip to France with the new four-part series and brings us closer to the aromas of French wines and spirits.

The award-winning Highland single malt distillery Tomatin presents the new limited series "French Collection" with four editions, each of which matured over a period of 12 years.
The French Collection is a series of exceptional whiskys that show the unique influence of various French wine and spirit casks that have been handpicked for the maturation process.

The whisky distilled in 2008 began to mature in traditional Scotch whisky oak Casks before it was relocated to exMonbazillac, exSauternes-, exRivesaltes and exCognac barrels for the final stage of the process.
The result is a great Collection of four types of whisky.
All wine and spirits finishes are 12 years old and were moved to the respective wine and spirits barrels for final maturation in July 2017.

Cognac Edition
Nose: full to the brim with fresh fruit and floral aromas, with subtle aromas of lavender and Scottish heather
Taste: Notes of cranberries, orange peel and rose water with carefully balanced spicy notes
Finish: the French oak ensures a long finish with notes of Earl Gray tea and poached pears
