Product information "Starward Tasting Pack 3x 0,2l"
Starward Whisky is Australian through and through: Australian whisky that reflects the natural resources of its region, the culinary culture of its hometown and its unique climate.
Everything the young distillery needs can be reached within a day's trip from Melbourne.
Above all: dark barley malt between pale and amber ale, aromatic dark brewing yeast and only slightly burnt out or steamed barrels that were filled with celebrated red wines of the continent or apera, Australian sherry.
Starward fills its promising raw spirits with a lower alcohol content into the wine-blissful barrels, which can give off all the more fruit notes and tannins to the whiskey.

Starward Whisky only needs three to four years in them for its fruity maturity.

Starward Left-Field 40% vol. 0.2l
Nose: tropical fruits with aromas of red apple and fresh red berries
Taste: full-bodied and intense with light tropical fruits and notes of roasted oak
Finish: delicate finish with soft tannins and the spice of French oak barrels

Starward Nova 41% vol. 0.2l
Nova is Starward's single malt whisky.
The Melbourne distillers around founder David Vitale are based on the darker and somewhat malty "pale malt" brewing barley typical of Starward.
Aged in minimally treated ex red wine barrels, Nova maintains the balance between complex notes of berries, vanilla and caramel as well as fine spice.

Starward Fortis 50% vol. 0.2l
Nose: Vanilla pods from Madagascar, toasted aromas of toasted oak, then blackberry jam, raisins and caramelized figs, overripe plums on top
Taste: at the beginning vanilla, then quince paste, muscadelle raisins and chocolate ganache, followed by cinnamon and baked banana bread
Finish: oily and long with baking spices from the oak, with ripe figs and raisins
