Distilled in June 2015, this single malt whisky from Penderyn matured in a single former Amontillado Sherry Cask and was bottled in June 2021.

Nose: floral aromas with vanilla and dried fruits - plum, apricot and sultanas are present - in the background light oak aromas
Taste: soft in taste, notes of toffee and wild honey, toasted oak wood and dark grapes
Finish: dry finish with clearly spicy oak notes and nuts
