He's back!
In 2021 the popular Rhubarb & Ginger Gin from the family-run Wessex distillery in Sussex, England, finds its way back into the gin range of the distillery.
Real rhubarb juice and ginger are used, after the maceration the gin is distilled in a copper vacuum still. This process enables the true aromas to develop, creating a world-class purified gin.

If you are a fan of pink gin, this rhubarb-ginger gin is highly recommended!

Predominantly aromas of fresh rhubarb, which through the The warmth of the ginger is perfectly balanced.
In addition, earthy botanicals such as cinnamon, which give the gin additional warmth.
The palate is then refreshed with sweet citrus notes that linger for a long time.
