Abasolo El Whisky De México 43%vol. 0,7l
The Destilería Abasolo is located on a property that was originally intended for planting and Drying corn was used and consists of restored old buildings - a stable, original basement and a farmhouse - as well as a modern architectural structure inspired by traditional corn storage systems called "sincolotes".
This element of the Abasolo distillery is said to be the ancient tradition and contemporary craftsmanship that are part of the Abasolo whisky manufacturing process and that are inherent in, strengthen and reinvent contemporary Mexican culture.
Abasolo El Whisky De Mexico is made from 100% Mexican cacahuazintle- (pronounced: "kaka-wha-sint-lay" ) Maize is produced and distilled, which because of its distinctive, extraordinary business macks has been grown and passed on by local farmers for more than 200 generations.
Deep, nuanced notes of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, black tea and leather, brought about by nixtamalization (a special kind of pretreatment of grain in which the grains in an alkaline liquid soaked, which changes the properties of the starch) are revealed, correspond to the Mexican corn origin and differ from any other whisky profile.

Außergewöhnlich, gewöhnungsbedürftig und mit einem Corn-Whiskey absolut nicht vergleichbar.
