The second Bottling in our range in 2021!
An elegant 11-year-old Deanston from a former Bourbon Barrel.
Distilled in 2009, the Single Malt Whisky matured over 11 years, then the Cask with the number #99 was bottled to only 273 bottles in 2021.
Bottled at drinking strength with an Alcohol content of 46%vol. - without the addition of coloring agents and without chillfiltration.

Nose: light aromas of light ripe fruits - clearly apricots and mirabelle plums, initially slightly mineral aromas, which then develop into mild honey and a little butterscotch
Taste : the taste is clearly fuller and riper than the aroma suggests - again the mild honey, in addition clear herbal tones and spicy oak - behind it develop notes of dark fruits
Finish: medium-long, soft finish - very harmonious with balanced tones of fruits and Herbs

Ein guter Whisky ohne besondere Ecken und Kanten. Schade nur, dass Whiskies mit immer weniger Lagerjahren auf den Markt geschmissen werden bzw. dass die früher üblichen 15 oder 18 Jahre sehr teuer geworden sind.
