An elegant 11-year-old Deanston from a former Bourbon Barrel.
Distilled in 2009, the Single Malt Whisky matured over 11 years, then the Cask with the number #99 was bottled to only 273 bottles in 2021.
Bottled at drinking strength with an Alcohol content of 46%vol. - without the addition of coloring agents and without chillfiltration.
Nose: light aromas of light ripe fruits - clearly apricots and mirabelle plums, initially slightly mineral aromas, which then develop into mild honey and a little butterscotch
Taste : the taste is clearly fuller and riper than the aroma suggests - again the mild honey, in addition clear herbal tones and spicy oak - behind it develop notes of dark fruits
Finish: medium-long, soft finish - very harmonious with balanced tones of fruits and Herbs
