Product information "Rubus Citris Gin 42%vol. 0,5l"
200 grams of raspberries per bottle, regional ingredients from the Kaiserstuhl and citrus fruits from Sicily : that's Rubus.
The New Western Dry Gin is a highly aromatic distillate for pure enjoyment, sparkling Gin and tonics or cocktails.
That is not surprising, because its makers are always on the trail of exciting flavors.

The lemons, bergamots and blood oranges for Citris also come from producers in Sicily and Calabria.
The New Western Gin has recently become Rubus to the side.

The particularly fresh bottling is based not only on juniper but also on various citrus fruits ripened on the tree.
There will probably not be more cedro lemon and other, rather unknown citrus notes in a fine composition in summer.

The following applies to both New Western gins: The intense aromas are completely retained for connoisseurs, because neither Rubus nor Citris are cool-filtered.
When cooling, clouding can therefore occur through a natural process.

The summery spirits are distilled at Faude Feine Brände.
