Glen Scotia presented seven single cask bottlings in June 2021!
Distilled in October 2013, this unpeated Single Malt Whisky matured for seven years in a 2nd Fill Demerara Rum Barrel, then the Barrel was bottled to only 279 bottles in March 2021.

Nose: at the beginning salted caramel, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream, then pineapple juice and raisins marinated in rum
Taste: fruity notes remain present, now red apples, plus the pineapple again - then becoming more spicy with tones of ginger and oak

Finish: long finish - the raisins in rum come back, the pineapple and the spicy notes again
