This is the result of the modern interpretation of an ancient recipe!
Pellerossa is a liqueur made from rum that has matured for a long time, to which precious honey from Trentino apiaries has been added.
The result is a perfect balance between silky aromas and spicy notes that combine with enveloping fragrances and a full, sweet taste .

Excellent for dessert, delicious as an aperitif, but also as an ideal basis for original and tangy cocktails.
A liqueur with an unmistakable character, free and wild, old and young at the same time.

Pellerossa is best served over ice in a medium-sized glass, so that its intense aroma comes into its own.
