Bottled in February 2021 with the optimism that everything is now gets better ...!

Nose: clear spicy oak and a little vanilla, then aromas of freshly baked pancakes with maple syrup
Taste: spicy at the beginning, with grain notes and roasted nuts above all else
Finish: becoming fruity in the medium-long finish, especially fresh pineapple and ripe citrus fruits are present
