Nose: intense aromas of walnuts and earthy, ripe blackberries, plus fresh ginger and spicy oak - above all the scent of old leather and tobacco leaves
Taste: mouth-filling with rich notes of ripe, dark fruits and mild spices, then the walnuts again - almost oily
Finish: long finish with tones of ripe mandarins and waxed yellow plums
