Achieved by combining Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons with Rioja Barrique Casks and a small amount of Virgin Oak GlenAllachie the delicious balance of fruits, dark chocolate and spices with the classic GlenAllachie sweetness.

Nose: lots of heather honey, dark chocolate and mocha, with almonds, cinnamon and orange peel
Taste: waves of dark chocolate, raisins, syrup, almonds and heather honey
Finish: long finish with notes of orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg
