Product information "Remedy Pineapple"
Life has many treasures to be discovered. Who knows better than the alchemist Frank M. Farrington?
This legendary pharmacist, who kept experimenting with various ingredients in order to develop promising recipes.
So he sweetened with his secret remedy mixtures, the "Elixir" and the "Spiced Rum", once the whole of New York was Prohibition.
On what is probably the hottest day of 1923, Farrington would like to treat himself to something.
That is why his path leads him from his own shop counter to his favorite fruit dealer.
There he spots an exotic "tropical queen" - as the pineapple is also called - who inspires him to his next stroke of genius: the Remedy Pineapple.

Returning to the laboratory at home, Farrington tinkers with the luxurious tropical fruit around.
He prepares them precisely, cuts their juicy flesh and heats it until it turns into a rich brew.
Several filtering processes later, the medically experienced gourmet holds the desired result in his hands: an essence of fresher, wonderfully sweet Pineapple.
As if made for a mild blended rum that he has been storing for a long time in his apothecary's cupboard.
He skillfully married the essence with the rum, which comes from Trinidad & amp; Tobago, Barbados and the Dominican Republic.

An aromatic-spicy Spiced Rum - the perfect creation for summer drinks.
Whether pure, on ice, as an ingredient for the signature drink "Tropical Remedy" - consisting of Remedy Pineapple , Lime juice, mango juice and a little mint or a variety of cocktail classics that can use a sweet twist.
Thanks to the rediscovery of the Remedy Pineapple, all rum fans can try and experiment for themselves.
