Product information "Eminente Reserva 7 year old"
Eminente Reserva is a rich and full-bodied rum, inspired by the Cuban sugar cane eau-de-vie from the 19th century.
Created by Cuba's youngest master distiller - Maestro Ronero (Rum Master) César Martí.

Matured for seven years in former white oak Bourbon Whiskey Casks.
The rum consists of 70% Aguardiente - a new standard for Cuban rum - and 30% of a blend of light Cuban rum qualities.
Eminente Reserva is one of the few Cuban rums that is allowed to be sold internationally.

The rum has the coveted certification "Denominación de Origen Protegida", in short, the "D.O.P. Ron de Cuba".
Strict rules apply in this supervisory authority, which guarantee the authenticity and quality of Cuban rum.
The pattern of the structured glass bottle is reminiscent of the skin of the local Cuban crocodile, and the label shows the crocodile-shaped outline of Cuba.
Cuba is also called the "Isla del Cocodrilo" by the locals.Produced in the center of Cuba, Eminente Reserva is a specialty - it can be enjoyed pure and is ideal for mixing cocktails.

Color: Brilliant amber with a mahogany shadeAroma: intense and delicate at the same time, in the beginning freshly roasted coffee, followed by "dulce de leche" and finally roasted almonds with cocoa
Taste: full-bodied, rich and deep, with vanilla, tobacco, coffee and raspadura (whole cane sugar), then ginger and tingling Sichuan pepper with prunes in the background
Finish: lingering, fresh and creamy, chocolate with a hint of smoke
Empty glass: smoky, with molasses, almonds and pears
