The sustainable coastal distillery from the Morvern peninsula uses renewable energy for all processes and produces spirits based on 100 percent organically grown Scottish barley.
This does not only apply to the smooth, uncomplicated Nc'nean single malt whiskey - "Made by nature, not by rules" is also the Nc'nean Botanical Spirit.
For the innovative spirit with a natural look, Nc'nean distilled theirs in cooperation with their friend, Beinn An Tuirc distillery, which also works sustainably Whiskey brandy a second time - with the addition of ten botanicals.
A floral-nutty taste experiment that goes beyond the boundaries of gin and goes back to whiskey ckrelates.
Wild and aromatic, the botanical spirit moves to the west coast of Scotland and scores in numerous drink recipes.
