Product information "A.H. Riise Royal Danish Navy Naval Cadet"
For centuries, the Danish fleet and its naval officers have ensured Denmark's safety.
In honor of these numerous Danish heroes at sea, A.H. Riise Spirits presents its new exclusive bottling "Naval Cadet" as part of the Royal Navy series.

The Naval Cadet Blend was created in collaboration with the cadets of the Danish Naval Officer School and contains carefully selected and matured premium rum qualities from the West Indies and Central America.
In 1701 the first promising cadets were admitted to the naval officers' school.
Since then the sails have been replaced by engines and the cannons replaced by missiles - but to this day this school trains the people who are responsible for the defense of Denmark's interests at sea.

The Naval Cadet pays homage to these special heroes of Denmark.
The outstanding Navy spirit offers a perfect balance between tradition and strength.

The aromas of the different distillates are reminiscent of salt water, tarred dew and tropical fruits.
The sweet body harmonizes perfectly with the powerful alcohol.

Nose: elegant, intense aromas of liquorice root, orange peel, coconut and mint - behind it a touch of fruit cellar
Taste: a sweet, round and strong mouthfeel, which balances the heavily sweet notes with the green notes of eucalyptus and mint, the fresh notes of citrus fruits and a little liquorice and balsamic vinegar
Finish: long and persistent, the impression changes from fruity and smooth to rather soft and warm leather notes
