First matured for 24 years in refilled ex-Bourbon Casks, then in first-filled ex-Bourbon Casks for a further 12 months.

Nose: clearly the sea with fresh aromas of salt and moist seaweed
Taste: red apples and fresh orange peel - then Vanilla syrup and soft caramel
Finish: long finish with a little sea salt and the flavor of ground ginger
