This limited bottling matured for 13 years in fresh and refilled former Oloroso sherry casks. Distilled in June 2007, bottled in September 2020 to 9,900 bottles. Nose: juicy red grapes and raspberries, with it red currants and mashed strawberries - in the background mint Taste: a distinct sweetness of marzipan, with ripe plums and raisins behind orange peel - then there are notes of dark chocolate and vanilla cheesecake Finish: red apples and fresh pastries, wholemeal toast, black cherries and almonds
