This 35-year-old single grain whisky comes from Scotland's large grain distillery Cameronbridge, distilled in March 1984, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in only 196 bottles in November 2019 in Douglas Laing's exclusive XOP range

Nose: honey and syrup, then becoming more spicy
Taste: at the beginning a lot of spiciness, soft and full with notes of burnt butterscotch
Finish: long finish - now a lot of vanilla, which clearly recognizes the former bourbon Cask lets
