The Centenario Fundación is bottled in the Solera process from 6-20 year old rums.

Nose: Complex aromas of vanilla, brandy and ripe fruits, especially apples and cherries
Taste: soft and pleasantly mild in the taste, again clearly the fruits and the vanilla
Finish: long and very harmonious on the finish - an elegant, fruity sweet characterizes the finish
