Single grain in perfection - distilled in October 1991, this single grain whiskey from the Cameronbridge distillery matured for over 28 years in a former sherry butt, then Douglas Laing filled the barrel to only 337 bottles in August 2020.
With the bottling " Harmony "starts the new" The Spiritualist Series "

Nose: sweet aromas of hard caramel candies, cream and vanilla - with fresh hay and light herbal aromas
Taste: full and soft in the taste - mouth-filling and creamy - intense notes of caramel and toffee, with allspice and rich vanilla tones - spicy oak in the background
Finish: long and full in the finish with soft spicy tones, again vanilla, allspice and oak
